I’m not good at coming up with post titles.

It’s been a frustrating day as far as artwork produced, so to make myself feel better, here’s a panel from that other thing I’m trying to finish (Not the Annabelle thing). It’s SOOOO close to being done – I just need to kick my own butt into finishing it. “Real Artists Ship, Real Artists Ship, Real Artists Ship!

So this is the panel – blue lines and everything – panel border with a fine tip sharpie, thicker lines with a brush pen, and thin lines with a fine tip Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pen (the lantern and junk in the toolbox).

Just wrapped the colors on Deadhorse issue 2 – super excited about it.

Also been rockin’ some old Zao while working on this project. You know what makes me feel old? Feeling nostalgic at the sound of hardcore music. Someday the nursing home I live in will be filled with people sharing memories of hardcore shows – but then there will be that one guy who’s like, “Y’ever seen Nickleback in concert? Say whatcha want ’bout ‘em, but their live shows are pretty heavy,” and we’ll be like, “What? Shut up.”

I can’t really get this idea out of my head fast enough now.
